  4. Clearly explain the reason for your refund request.

Eligibility for Refund:

1. Non-Delivery of Report

A refund may be issued if the report is not received due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect email address provided

  • Email delivery issues (spam filters, server blocks, etc.)

Steps to follow:

  • Notify us at info@thewheelsaudit.com or via live chat with the subject line: “Report Not Delivered”

  • Include your Order Number and an alternate email address

  • We will resend the report via email and/or live chat (upon request)

  • If the report is still not delivered within 2 hours of your complaint, a full refund will be issued


2. Errors or Incomplete Information in Report

If you find inaccuracies or missing details in your report:

Steps to follow:

  • Contact us via email with the subject: “Errors or Shortcomings in Report”

  • Include your Order Number and highlight the specific issues, along with any documentation to support your claim

  • If the error is confirmed, we’ll deliver a corrected report within 48 hours

  • If not resolved within that time, you’re eligible for a refund


3. Duplicate Charges

A refund will be issued for duplicate orders containing the same or similar information.

Steps to follow:

  • Email us with the subject line: “Refund Request for Duplicate Charge”

  • Include both Order Numbers

  • Once verified, a refund for the duplicate payment will be processed
